Monitoring capabilities of Helix include monitoring network Switches, Routers, Round Trip Ping, Packet Loss, Bandwidth Utilization, Throughput, Frame Relay, SNMP v1, v2c, 64-bit counters and multiple queries in a single packet. Common Helix System Monitors include CPU, Disk, Memory and RPC portmapper while Application Monitoring capabilities extend to MS SQL, Exchange, IIS, Apache, HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, NTP, Radius and DNS.
