Traditional Network & Server management systems have been either designed for fault (up or down status) or performance (historical long term trend analysis). Fault management requires real-time data processing and notification, while historical performance systems require large databases and data analysis. Most traditional systems were not architected for both fault and performance in a single system, and hence these are offered as bolt on options.

Fidelia NetVigil was designed and architected for integrated fault and performance management and provides a scalable product for large enviroments. The distributed DGEs offer a parallel processing architecture to analyze and process trend reports in real time. Integrated performance management allows corporations to significantly save on the time and costs associated with implementing and training on separate products.

Fault Management features

Performance Management
