Fidelia's distributed DGE architecture offers a very scalable and distributed solution for large datacenters deployments that need to manage these from a central operations center. All the data collection is localized within the DGEs at the datacenter and even out-of-band alerts are triggered by these DGEs. This ensures that there is no possibility of any outage isolating a datacenter.

Fidelia NetVigil's Federated Security Model allows creating multiple departments within NetVigil, each with its own "virtual NMS" so that different datacenter managers can have their own alerts and notifications if desired. Read-only accounts can be created for each customer, if needed, and separate SLAs maintained.
